We got breakfast tickets when checked in, but they billed automatically with our credit card. Maybe because we booked with hotels.com Route Inn always includes breakfast with the booking. It maybe the fault info by Hotels. com? "

"It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn. They always brought fresh towels"
